adsense requirements?

adsense publishers, what things do you almost always include when you create an adsense site?

I know google requires you have a privacy policy, but is there anything else? and is there anything "special" that you have to have in the privacy policy?

Good quality content is what Google usually says that it is looking for.

Ask yourself the question from the point of view of advertizers: would I pay to advertize on this page? If the answer is no you have probably not got things quite right.
