simple,
create 4 small sites that are related to what your website is all about, not necessarily the same topic, just somewhat related.
On each of the sites create a link to the others and to the one in the sandbox.
So, for instance, if you had a site on golf, then you could create a site for golf tips, another for golf designer bags, and another for golf clubs by jove, and a last one on golf pros online.
Each site has an inline text link to the others with the name of the site on it.
Each site has an actual link to the one in the sandbox.

Also, go on forums, other than this one, specifically ones that you have already signed on to, and create posts there, linking to the main site.

Go on blogger and create a post there with relevant content similar to the topic of your main site.

Forget articles, takes too long.
Use twitter if you have enough of a list and offer a gift if your followers will blast their list with your site's url.

That should get you quickly out of the sandbox. It will be a crap shoot, though.

Follow the below steps, it will help you

1) Do not try to do the domain name registration through a proxy.
2) You must follow only ethical SEO methods to optimize your website.
3) Link building and adding the pages to your website should be a gradual process.
4) Try to get quality links from reputed sites.
5) Focus on long tail keywords with less competition. If SEO is done properly, this will be sufficient to attract the visitors to your website.
6) Above all, do not over optimize you site and avoid stuffing keywords.

Move on. Sorry to hear that you are site has been sandboxed.

My site was once disappear into Google black hole for about six months.

I continue to do as per normal - post new contents daily and backlinking. Last month it appear again - position number 2. Just two weeks it is now position number one.

Do not give up - just do what you need to do and your site will come back again.

Remove all seo activities from the page.........
and w8 to next index.
update home page after 60 days.

Unfortunately, time is the answer. In the meanwhile, if the site is important to you keep building quality links. It will come back.
