    Hi derprinz,

Do you mean copyright violations? Because if that's what you are talking about then yes, Google will have a problem with that.

If you mean using syndicated content, that you have a license to use, then you may be okay as long as you are adding value in some way.

no it's content on the web for everybody
for example the ones on articlesbase.com.

i just thought it must be my own articles in my blog
so i don't have to put the source where i get my articles from ?

The usage license for articles on articlebase and other article syndication directories generally require the article to not be altered and that the authors source be included with a link to the authors web page. So you need to comply with the terms to avoid copyright violations.

Here are the terms from the articlebase.com website:

      Publisher Terms of Service

All articles that are republished from ArticlesBase.com must contain a live DOFOLLOW link back to the original article on ArticlesBase.com
You must respect the copyright of each author whose articles you wish to publish. This includes but is not limited to 1. Resource Box, 2. Any links provided by the author - all these links must remain intact and not altered in any way.
You must not change, edit, or reword any part of any article not written by you.
You must agree to keep hyperlinks "live" and FOLLOW links so that users can click on said link and be taken to its destination.
You agree to never use any articles obtained from ArticlesBase.com in any form of spam or unsolicited mail.
You agree to not publish any articles on sites that contain hate, racist, warez, porn, or any other illegal material.
You agree to never sell any article obtained from our directory without written consent from the author. This includes selling articles individually or in a compilation.

Google always avoid duplicate data so if you use copy paste then Google will black your site.

Not ALWAYS. Google will try to cite the original source and devalue the other variations/occurrences of the article. I have see where they cite the wrong article too, more than a handful of times. Why risk it though when you don't have to

Articles from article directories can be used in our blogs as long as we copy everything including the author's resource page. However, this will greatly affect your traffic and ranking as google will consider it as duplicate content. Your blog will be penalized with lesser rank.
