You don't need to get advice from other adsense users, you need advice from someone that has knowledge about your countries tax system.

Which country you are from? Supposing you are from India, you have to pay tax on your adsense income. Google will not deduct tax on your income.

You can deduct the expenses incurred to earn the adsense income from the payment received and can offer the balance amount as tax.

Be careful before you start deducting expenses incurred - there can be implications. E.g. if you start to deduct expenses for your home office in your house, you might incur proprtionate capital gains tax on your house if you try to sell it. It depends on the tax laws of your country.

Leslie's was the best advice - get advice from a tax expert in your country.

This forum, or any forum for that matter, is about the last place to get specific tax advice. Like others have said, you need to talk with a tax professional in your country of origin. This is too important of an area, and one that has its hands in your finances, to risk forum advice.

As others have said, get local advice from an expert.

Additionally, find someone who has experience in this area, you don't want to be paying someone by the hour to educate themselves as well as you.

Find some local forums or blogs and ask others who they use for their taxes.
