SEO friendly categories/post titles

Hi guys,

I have niche sites and was wondering how to setup my internal link structure.
Should i make it {domain name}/{category}/{article title} ?
So far I'm only {domain name}/{article title}

Thinking about changing the structure for any future sites that I create.
Any thoughts or inputs?

    You can use the google wonder wheel to get the structure. Just scrape it with Google Wonder Wheel Scraper and start to work on it

    I think it depends on the scope of your niche sites.

    If the scope is very narrow and you only intend to post a handful of articles on a single, tight subject, you don't really need categories. The exception would be if you are not able to get a keyword domain name of some kind. Then you can get the keyword in the category slot.

    If the scope is broader, with a range of articles which can be themed, then categories are extremely useful. Cross-link between articles in the same category to strengthen the theming.
