Can anyone tell me how to create good quality backlinks to my books on Amazon?

I believe that ezine articles does not have dofollow links in the body anymore. Are there other article submission sites that allow dofollow links in the body?

Is there another method?

    DoFollow links DO actually work. (Check my sig).

    Web 2.0 sites like Squidoo, HubPages, etc are great for backlinks and .EDU and .GOV are very high quality links.
