Best tool for index checking?

Hello everyone, long time lurker/first time poster here 
Apologies for posting this here and the main forum. I got the wrong place 1st time round!
Anyway, do you guys have a favorite tool you use for checking if your backlinks are indexed? I know you can check on at a time with the Google site: operator but I'd like to check multiple sites in one click. Obviously it would need to support a proxy list too.
