getting lots of clicks from eastern countries....

I have a squeeze page offering a free gift in exchange for email. I was running an adwords campaign and I was getting the majority of my clicks from North America. I have recently managed to get the same amount of clicks but for much lower bids and all my opt ins are coming from china and India.
I am wondering if this could pose a problem. As I am offering a service all in english. But just the fact that they opted in means they speak at least a little english. Plus I have my settings to only appear on english sites.
Could someone clear up for me if this will be a problem at a later date and how I would go about solving it.
