    This would be good if you didn't have the time to do the SEO yourself, I am unsure how much this would be worth to someone but obviously if somebody wanted to move up the SERPS.

    It depends, for example, how many backlinks do you propose of creating? The more you create, the more you should charge

      That is a very competitive market with a broad range of prices that can be charged. I would be more concerned with getting my foot in the door first.

      To do that you may have to drastically reduce what you charge to begin with to prove that you have the ability to deliver the results. Once you prove you can deliver you can start to develop apipeline of loyal customers.

      The results you are able to deliver will directly reflect the amount you are able to charge.
