What to do if Site Get Deindexed?

Hi.
Its no big deal as it is only a one page site. Has been around for a few months, went along to update add a few more pages but its not there on Google. If I add a few pages and perhaps an article to Ezine, can it come back?
(I think the problem may have been to do with the fact the .com was ranking on the first page and I had not set up the redirect properley such that the .com was just displaying a list of pages and images on the site as oppose to the page itself),
