Did Google Black Ball me?

I was indexed the other day or so I believed. I am trying to rank for the keywords:

Sacramento Personal Trainer

I was able to find my site :

Sacramento's Personal Trainer Personal Training Sacramento With Chris Arnett #1 Personal Trainer!

At the top of the search term:

Sacramento Personal Trainer Gym

Now it has disappeared totally. I have been working on SEO like crazy and not sure if I did something wrong. I am trying to learn this stuff so that I can promote other sites and using my offline business to test my knowledge or things that I have learned.

I used a wso script to get tons of backlinks and and I have been creating tons of videos.

In fact one of my videos on youtube for the 2nd search term shows up:

Also my other site Sacramento Personal Trainer Chris Arnett which was on page 3 is totally gone now also.

I changed the name to make it more inline with SEO.

Can anyone tell me about google and what could of possibly happened for my site (new) to disappear like that?

Did they blackball me for some reason??

My site is clean.

Sacramento's Personal Trainer Personal Training Sacramento With Chris Arnett #1 Personal Trainer!

I know google is fickle but for both to totally disappear like that is unusual to me.
#ball #black #google

I think I know what I did. I changed the title of my blog from Sacramento Personal Trainer Gym to that long title as to why I disappeared off the radar.

Would I be better off changing it back? It is not the search term that would pull customers. I need to compete for Sacramento Personal Trainers.

    Any ideas peeps?

Also one more thing. Does anyone know what the admin at this sites problem is:

Work From Home Forum - Work at Home Forum - Internet Marketing Forum

I read a guys post on here on the subject of other sites and went there last night. I saw a guys post asking for feedback on his site:

      www.artisticstone.net.au

I created a video for the guy and gave him directions to get it off youtube. It was late in the morning as it is right now for me and I felt like doing the guy a favor as his slide show thing was making me dizzy to watch.

So I pushed out a quick video:

I come back to see if the guy liked the idea at least of putting a video on his page and stuff and I am banned?

I am new to the whole IM thing so this is strange to me.

I was not trying to proposition the guy. I was not selling my services but only trying to introduce myself.

      Anyone have any ideas?

      What did I do?

        Hey Chris,
When I go to Google and type site:sacramentopersonaltrainergym.com, there are almost 2 pages of URLs from your site in the Google index.

I then typed the keyword without quotes in Google
        sacramento personal trainer gym
Your site is the first result after the local listings.

With the other site workoutbychris.com, the home page is indexed by Google. I then typed the search term
        Chris Arnett Sacramento
        and workoutbychris.com is #1

I am citing these examples to show that your sites are alive and have not been blackballed by Google as you may think. I am highlighting an exception. If your sites were blackballed, your site pages would not appear in the Google index and they will not rank for anything.

So chill out and all is well
        Cheers

I have been dropped in the past after making changes. Provided you have not used any black hat techniques, you should reappear at some point if you are relevant and provide quality.

I agree. As long as you don't use any black hat methods to for SEO, your site should be okay. Using any black hat moves can get your sandbloxed and that could knock it of Google's index only temporary. But other than that I think it should be okay.

just to reassure you, I have also tested google with your website sacramentopersonaltraniergym.com and got 1285 results back, even including the indexing of the warrior thread already. You also came #1 on an unconnected keyword search, excluding of course the inevitable google map at the top

Is this a new site? If so, dont worry about it.

Google might index your pages, de-ilist, index, de-list,,,,,, google may not even crawl your site for 2 - 4 weeks at a time. The google search engine is a little strange with new sites - dont worry about it.

Your sites ranking may not stabilize until its 6 - 12 months old. You might be on page 2 one day, page 10 the next, page 60 the next, page 100+ the next day,,,, 3 weeks later your back on page 4.

It'll come back, my sites do that. Annoying but you just have to wait.

Make sure you keep your link building frequency fairly constant. Don't do 100 backlinks one day and 0 the next. I've had several sites that shot up quickly and then dropped off the map because I started aggressive and stopped. I got them back pretty quickly after doing a few links per day, everyday (outsourced.)

You can start aggressive as long as you gradually ween off (or keep it up.)

Good advice Scott. I am using 2 programs that I purchased for getting back links. I am going to load a keyword link in today and launch one of the programs.

I need to learn this stuff before I go gung ho on other site projects so I may as well as get my learning curve over with.

Props to Mario Brown, Leigh Burke the Manic Marketer, and others for their wonderful products.
