Why no adsense commission?

I can't understand the specific reason why I have received no payment in 3 months. My account is several years old, my tax info is updated. Is there a way to contact adsense and ask specifically why no payment or do I just file suit?
It's significant money.

Just contact Google. That's what I would've done as soon as I didn't see a payment come through that was supposed to come through. Also check to see if any payment holds exist on your account. By contacting them, you'll get the answer. You won't find it here.

Have you surpassed the threshold for your account? If you don't, you won't get one.

Yes passed it months ago. I get a payment every month. About 3 months agoi it stopped. There's no hold on the account that I can see.
There must be some way to contact them.

The Adsense Forum is still your best bet to get your problem resolved.

There ARE Adsense staff there who sometimes go through the posts, but they only deal with issues like payment problems or other account specific issues, which is what your problem is.

      AdSense Help

I have seen many people get their payment problems resolved after a staff attended to them there at the forum.

Look close. Real close. Look for any and all problems.
Phone, address, name, etc. Look under all rocks.
If you had checks sent, the post office might have returned
it. They may have paused your account due to lack of use.

Yukon may have accidentally solved his by doing what he said.

There are many reasons for holds, but they won't call them holds
necessarily. The least little thing will fire the trigger.

If you want it to be brought to attention to an Adsense staff member than you need to stay in the adsense help forum.

If you have to, private message a TC (Top Contributor) there. Top Contributors have a special part of the forum for just them and Adsense Pro's. A TC can flag a specific thread for an Adsense employee to look at.

That's the best chance you've got. I would make the thread title something like, "Bug in my Adsense Account preventing payment". Something that draws attention from people concerned about those kind of things.

Try and get a TC to respond. Be very polite and respectful because many times the TC's answer tons of repetitive questions that could be answered by doing a search. If you treat them nicely, they can put you in touch with an Adsense employee or at least get an Adsense pro to look at your account.

Thank You Jacob. I did post again as you suggested and today I found the adsense commission in my checking account.
Unfortunately it was about $300 short from what my commission should have been aand there's even $34 in the account this morning "left over".,

    makes no sense.
