Been away from Im for a few years.. Have a very simple question about seo and site rank..

If i want to rank high for ex the "dog training niche" should i build one site for each keyword:

www.howtotrainadogtosit.com
www.howtotrainadogtowalk.com
www.howtotrainadogtocome.com

Or use one main url with lots o pages like:

dog breed guide picture of at dogguide.com
dog guide dogs breeds picture at dogguide.com

What´s your take on this if i want to rank high for each keyword?
