I Agreed with you. I would suggest that plan your site well before creating it to lessen your mistakes building your blog site must be unique competitive and well optimized page your keyword must be related to the content and it must be submitted to related directories and categories.

I agree. That's going to take you the entire day to do (assuming you can write and research quickly). Don't forget, you're also going to have to spend alot of time promoting your blog, too. After all, you could have the greatest blog in the world, but if no one knows it's there, it does you no good! You may want to start out writing alot of content every day, just to get a bunch of stuff on there, then scale back to a post or 2 per day.

As far as AdSense goes, wait until you have something up and running to show Google. And, of course, your results will depend on how good your site is, how compelling your content is, how much traffic you can get. There's no set number as to how many visitors you need. You could get 100 visitors per day, but if the site isn't any good, and they all click out immediately, you won't make a dime. However, you could get 50 visitors per day who really like what you have to offer, and make more money. It all depends on you and your site.
