RSS Creation Sites/Tools

Hello All,
I am looking for a tool or hosted site (free or paid) that allows me to create rss feeds from multiple static urls. I have been using hostmyrss.com (currently seems to have crashed) and html2rss.com which is no longer working properly either. If anyone knows of any other sites or other tools that could assist me with this I would greatly appreciate it.
