HELP! - duplicate content is killing me
- SEO |
I have a problem.
I've created a nice, clean, SEO friendly blog with lots of high PR backlinks, a KW rich domain name, and all the usual on-site optimisation.
The site itself has been setup to do one thing - direct visitors to a 'white label' shop, managed by an affiliate. If the visitor buys something in the shop, I get a % of the sale price. I'm sure you get the picture.
Anyway, the shop is located at shop.mydomain.com.
I issue I have is that the affiliate in question has literally hundreds of these white label shops scattered all of the internet. The shop has at least 10 pages, all of which contain exactly the same content as all the other shops.
Does anyone know how I get round the issue of duplicate content issue in the shop (from an SEO perspective)? The way I see it, I have EVERYTHING else in place for high SERPS ranking but this darn shop (with all the duplicate content) could serious hinder my chances in the searches.
Your thoughts / advice would be most welcome
Cheers,
Martin
