Adsense Tracking Help

I have a bit of a larger site....1000+ pages. I have just revamped it and added a wordpress cms on the back end of the originally all static site and have begun to monetize with adsense. I just found out that url channels are limited to like 100, which creates a handicap in monitoring what pages my revenue and clicks are coming from. Would anyone have any ideas what to do or suggestions on a software that will give me the url specific adsense data that is needed so that I know which pages are money pages, and which pages need more work to become money pages.

  thats great Yukon......I am going to combine the accounts. yes I am in the markey to pick up a handful of new sites....so I guess I will have that headache in the future.
