GLKT vs MNF vs MS

I'm really confused by the seach result of the 3 tools,and i really don't know which can be convinced
I seached the kw "cheapest travel insurance" by the 3 tools, choosed Exact, here is the results:
MNF: Local count 12100, Global count 9900
MS: SEOT 136
GLKT: Local count 8100, Global count 8100
Now, you see, the difference is huge, as well as the SEOC results.
What's wrong with them?
I google it, also searched in Warrior and other forums, and found that MNF uses the old API.
Then what should we do? Which should be convinced between GLKT and MS?
