PRLog free press release - Any results?

Hey guys,
Submitted an article to PRLog free press release. Does anyone else used it before and published there? Do you see results?
Would appreciate your thoughts.

    I have and yes PRLog is definitely worth submitting too. They rank high in the search engines as well.

      Thanks for reply...guess I'll have to submit and see if there are results.
      So basically, it's similar to article directories:
      - You get high quality backlink to your site
      - You get traffic to your site

      Is that correct?

      Backlink is very good, especially when it's a quality one, but the funny thing is that you say not to count on traffic when people say they get good amount of traffic from EZ article and PRLog is very similar.
      Now, if people get traffic from article directories, I only got about 10 views to my article there that was just uploaded and 17 already in PRLog that was also just uploaded....so, what's the difference say between EZ article and PRLog?

      You get traffic dismiss the comment above. I have some with almost 1,000 views. Just choose your title carefully and use something that you can get on the first page for.

        As for the title, well it depends on what I'm promoting of-course but so far my article had 24 views in less than a day, is that ok?
        You say you had 1,000 views but for what period of time since you published the article?

    I've just submitted some pr at prlog as well, heard here and there around here and there that it's a quality free press release distribution site. decent google pr. good on page seo configurations. plus, honestly, i first tried free-press-release.com, and felt tricked. yeah it's a free press release, but unless you pay you're just going to give them free content. at free-press-release.com you've got to pay if you want to include an active link to your site. i don't like when folks try to trick me. so my vote is for prlog for the free pr distro. of course, I have yet to see the results.

        who me? no, i dig prlog. utilitarian design, good seo factors on press release pages. i was complaining about that other one. sorry for any confusion, i see i was off topic a bit, guess i just needed to vent!

    I've published there for backlinks. About 9 press releases for 1 sites, only 1 was actually popular (no traffic as such, but then i didn't do it for the traffic). I may continue, but honestly prefer web 2.0 properties & article submissions.

      unknowncat, thanks for the reply, glad to hear you digg them...me too. As for article submissions I follow that myself recently and again even if we don't see traffic from article directories and PRLog, as long as we have quality backlinks to our sites from there, we are set as for SEO with Google so maybe we'll get the traffic once we're on page 1 of Google...right?

      About article directories, I know EZ are very popular and Google likes them, how about Base Articles, Go Articles and everyone else, are links from my articles published there also count as high quality links according to Google and Yahoo?
