    Forum marketing and social media marketing are some other ways. You can do media buys and PPC if you are looking to pay.

    Well, either you put the work in for article submissions and Web 2.0 properties like Squidoo / Hubpages / Wordpress etc. or you pay for traffic using PPC / PPV / etc. like Ehsan_am just said.

    You'll have to work out what you have the most of to spare: time or money!

      I agree, linkwheels are good but there are few things that you should keep in your mind when you make link wheels,
      it should not be a simple one, a complexed wheel with your 2-4 sites in it really helps.
      do follow links are a must.
      try use deep links/pages of your sites in the wheel, it should be a good mixture of web 2.0 medias
      you can use angela's and paul's package also in the wheel
      once you have completed the wheel you should check it for some days so that if some of the links are removed/blocked by mods, you should replace it..

      i think with you can have a good wheel. if there is anything i am missing do advice me..
