Finding high PR blogs

I have searched but apparently cannot word my search properly to get the results I am looking for - so I will ask here...

Is there a good program that will help me find blogs to post comments on that are relevant to my site as well as the rank of the blog? I am not looking for automated blog posting.

If you know of a post already in the WF, a link to it would be appreciated. Thanks.

      I don't know if anyone mentioned this, but try dofollow diver. It's totally free.

    Hi,
    I got the advice to spread my backlinks and not only focus on high PR blogs. If you want to simulate a natural growing number of backlinks you should not only have backlinks from high PR blogs. You need a number of PR 0 to 1 as well.
    Do you agree. Is this the way to do it?

    I've tried Fast Blog Finder, and have gotten mixed results.

    For some sites, it returns alot of relevant, high pr, dofollow blogs, for other sites it returns absolute crap.

    So it's hit or miss, but overall it's a good program to use.
