    yes,,RSS feeds can bring you considerable amount of traffic after you submit your feeds to those feed sites..the technique is simple.. when your RSS feed link in their directories when you update your site ; automatically they grab your urls and make a record,,relevantly to tag,keyword,title etc.. so it increases your link juice... very powerful..

    RSS Feed is Really Simple Syndication. Through one RSS Feed URL you can view all the latest blog posts from that URL. You can then add it to your RSS Reader program and you can view all the latest posts from all your favorite blogs.

    Any internet savvy marketer should always use either an RSS Reader to read other people's RSS Feeds. Or also incorporate a RSS Feed option on your own blog or website.

      One way to maximize the effectiveness of your RSS Feed is use feedburner.com it will help you track how many people subscribe to your feed.

      Plus it will submit your feed to other directories as well.

        It's good for traffic....provided you have subscribers. Just having
        an rss, which is basically automatic, does not get visitors.
        You post, but who's buying? Who's subscribing?

        You also have to look at the way people will publish an rss feed.
        If it's using javascript or similar, their aint no backlinks.

        Feedburner itself will run many links via a proxy.
