High CTR leads to deindexing?

Could a high adsense CTR lead to a deindex ? I have a site which had a very high CTR last months. Now the home page is deindexed, could the high CTR raised a flag and automatically triggered a deindex until they take a closer look to se if there is any fraud etc.?
Just thinking because I cant see any reason why it should be deindexed, the only thing that separates it from my other sites is the high CTR.

Isnt it against adsense TOS to mention how much the CTR is?

Yes sorry, completly forgot. It's still early in the morning for me!

I have some sites that I would class of having a very high CTR. They have done that since 2006 and I haven't noticed any issues.

As long as your site is legit and complies with Adsense TOS then you shouldn't have anything to worry about.

Do you have low numbers of visitors to your site? If so then it can be vary easy to record high CTR on some days.

The site is very legit and I have two different sets of ads on it,no attempts to make people click or anything so I should be safe.

The number of visitors is (was) very stabile around 80/day with around 150 pageviews.

It's against the TOS to say something like:

"My site had a 12.3% CTR in September".

The TOS states, in part, "click-through rates or other statistics relating to Property performance in the Program provided to You by Google"

But, it wouldn't be against the TOS to state generalities as to CTR's. Things like the following would be OK as it is not data provided to you by Google.

"I think a CTR of 7% is pretty good."

        OR

"I would classify a CTR >20% might be considered 'high'"

The setup I use on all my sites can be seen on "babyutstyr" (this is not the site I`m talking about).
I suspect that the especially high CTR on the site I mentioned has something to do with the actual product and the customer group searching for it.
