That is an interesting concept you have shared. Just one question through are you deleting the temp post once it has been sent to through pingoat. Only reason I ask is because you said create a temporary post with these links. So are we keeping this page live or are we deleting it after pinging.

Don't see how abcnews.go.com allows for any deep linking - there's no URL opportunities and html doesn't show up in the post..?

Most links are good but i don't believe in making profile backlinks even in high pagerank websites as Google Earth.

  I guess my biggest question would be, if you create this “link” page on your main site with the url’s to the comments you’ve posted, wouldn’t the site increase you experience wipe away once you delete that “link” page on your site in a month or so?
  This seems like a temporary jump but i'm a newb

Those aren't PR8 links... they are on a page of a PR8 domain. Very different.

i have to imagine some of the Pages you post on are at least PR3. Which is still beneficial.

I am still concerned about what happens once you delete your link post on your blog.

The point of the temporary post is to help google find the comments/profiles. Once those are indexed, you don't need to the temporary post anymore.

4. Goto 22.tmz.com and find a good story to comment on. Put your website in the comment where it requests it. It will make your verify your email, so do so.

Paste the URL of the page with your comment in it into your notepad.

5. Goto espn.go.com and find the 'comment wall'. Post a relevant comment and deep link to your 'about' page.

Paste the URL of the page your comment is on into your notepad.

Now go to your WordPress.com or Blogger.com account and create a temporary blog post called something like 'Cool Links to My Social Breadcrumbs" and copy and paste all the links from your notepad into the blog post and publish it.

Goto pingoat.com and add the blog post URL from WordPress.com or Blogger.com and submit it with all the check boxes checked to get it all indexed faster.

Watch the bump in your website's rankings on Google over the next 5 days.

A lot of those sorts of sites will allow a profile link or a website homepage link, or indeed a link in the bio. If all that fails, comment on some discussions.

I'd like to add BusinessInsider.com to the list...only PR 7, but I've seen fast indexing and good results from comment links on this site.

Add to the conversation...not only because it's the cool thing to do, but your comment might not get approved otherwise.
