      WordFlood is a content rewriting system and not really a spinner, although it (WordFlood 2.0) is really excellent and simple to use if you want to rewrite content just once.

      WordFlood 2,0 is not free, but the old version of WordFlood was free for a time (I don't know whether you can still get it, though).

      Absolutely CObs - I do most of my spinning at sentence/then word & phrase. That's what most of my clients chose as well.

    Article spinners are free, it's rewriters which you'll need to pay for, there are plenty of different applications/web scripts for spinning your content. Heck, you could even program yourself with a bit of basic PHP knowledge.
