WOW! Google did the royal f&*$k job on my the last couple of days. Sites that I have all unique, what I thought was quality content on are deindexed from google.

Adsense revenue... GONE!

CPA revenue.... GONE!

Sure I'm still listed in bing and yahoo, but those are a spit in the ocean for traffic.

Man this sucks. So much hard work out the door. Not sure why either. I was not doing any shady link building, just submitting articles to Ezine and Go for links. Makes no sense.

Anyone else see this the past few days. I'm talking like 15 sites of mine are gone.

Completely deindexed or dropped way down in the results?

Gone as in deleted or gone as in results on Google?

Do you have any idea what could have caused this?

I guess that means you are going to retract your testimonial for x-factor sites you posted a few days ago:

If these were new sites they may be doing the google dance. If they're totally gone from the index then just be thankful google didn't shut down your adsense account.

Start over and attempt to build more authority sites that have less chance of getting de-indexed.

Are you using a standard MFA template or any other footprint? I've seen many people reporting this over the past few weeks and it would be nice to know what the cause is. Over on the google webmaster forums they (G) claim this is just part of the mayday algo changes just reacting now.

I wouldn't freak out on google just yet. From my many years of working with search engine optimization, I've found that a lot of my projects show up quickly (I call this the newdex) and then get dropped. A few weeks later, they start showing up again... but this time permanently.

Google uses a variety of servers to push results out. The Newdex shows all the new stuff for a while, and then it's replaced with newer stuff. This is all shuffled and reorganized and later your old quality stuff will pop back up.

This of course assumes you're not using bad linking techniques, farms, comment-spam, etc.

You may not be completely deindexed. Just work on adding links to landing pages targeted to keywords and you will be fine and everything will work well for you in regards to getting your rankings back up

I will stand by my statement that Xfactors methods DO WORK! The sites in question are some with that method and others that were just straight up blogs that I was updating 3-4 times per day with my own thoughts.

When I do a site:url.com: Search with Many I get a the result that says Starred Results for url.com: Search with Many and then a couple links to the site below it. Does this mean the site is still there or that it is just cause I have visited the site recently?

When I used to do this I would get 50 or so results of links to my site.

I'm not using any black hat link building methods, so maybe I just have to wait this one out.

Nothing much - its just the way that Google dance has been of late. Over the last couple of weeks Google has been facing some issues and this may as well be a part of that. For example, all my GoArticles have disappeared (including 3-4 articles that had help rank #1 and some of them held #1 for more than 1 year consistently), and some other sites are dancing badly while some others are unaffected. There is a site that has been togggling between #5 and #680 for the last 10-days or so, over and over again, from its original rank of #8 and a bit more backlink after that in which case #5 would be a reasonable ranking to expect. So don't worry, this will smooth out with a bit more time.

One of my bigger earners dropped down a few spots on the first page a week ago, but it's now back up to where it was before. I've got a few other sites that were sitting back a few pages and are now on the first page of google. Both of those sites are older and have had very little backlinking done. I haven't touched them in months, which was a surprise.

Looks like they are gone. I just checked with Rank Checker in Market Samurai and it shows them still being ranked in Yahoo and Bing, but nothing in the top 1000 in Google.

Considering some of these sites were ranking between 1-5 in the listings before, it seems a bit drastic to drop out of the top 1000 over a couple days. Does this mean they are probably gone?

Yea, my sites are still gone, but I may have a reason why. Tell me what you think.

I had 2 **** sites that were getting traffic, but not converting on the cpa offers. I took down all the cpa offers and just put up some adsense on both of them.

Both sites made over $50 last month in adsense earnings and then right at the start of this month they were gone from google. Now these sites were also on shared hosting, but not directly linking to the other sites on the shared host. Could this explain why these and other sites were deindexed?

Possibly has something to do with the **** sites, afaik there are a lot of scams around those products and Google often gets a happy trigger finger once they find your site doing something they don't like.

They do the same with AdWords accounts, if they penalize one of your accounts or ban you, they often do the same if you try open a new account.

I'm basically trying to say if you piss them off, they will find other accounts websites you own and penalize you.

Multiple people on this forum had indexing issues for various reasons and sometimes the only link was shared ip address and usually template.

I don't use the same template on any niche sites and make them look semi professional, as short term sure they might convert less but long term i probably won't get banned/deindexed.
