What would you do if you have more than 1 keyword that you want to rank for but they mean the same thing?

I found a few keywords in a niche I am doing very well with (adsense) that are getting around 800-1000 exact per month but I already have pages on similar keywords (same meaning just different way of saying).

Are these worth starting new sites for?

Or I thought of putting up another page in my existing site but with a long title that provides valuable but different solutions to the other existing page...but not sure how long page titles affect SEO purposes.

All of my other page titles are just the keyword I am trying to rank for, so this would look funny.

As I said I am doing well in this niche and would like to expand and to me with the new google changes 800-1000 exact is worth going for.

Compare the search results of fat loss and adipose tissue loss. SEO versus Search Engine Optimization is remarkably similar though. Each keyword is a new keyword even if they mean the same thing.

So would one put 1 page up for fat loss and 1 page for adipose tissue loss on the same site??
