What type of CTR should I expect?

If its to purchase something, expect a low CTR.
If its lead offers, expect high CTR

Hi, I have a webpage with Adsense code in it. My CTR for adsense is 12% on that page.
I think you are getting a high CTR....

I think 26% is a very good CTR. Are you refering to the CTR on adwords or your Adsense ads?

26% is exceptionally good depending upon your niche. On a content orientated site that meets the Google guidelines, I would be happy with a CTR of 10-15%.
