Google Adwords keeps disproving my ads!!!

im sure this isn't the first thread about this subject, but i keep creating my google ad in adwords, and it keeps disproving it! it happens almost instantly, maybe few minutes. It comes up and says "disapproved" and the reason is "site policy violation". Now the thing that is annoying is that they don't give specifics as to exactly why (convienent for them, now they can pick and choose who they want to advertise and be on their big bad website without having to disclose exactly why)

so is it disproved for landing page violation, or "get rich quick" or what??!!

I wrote email to them and got a crappy response. That it is THEIR decision and they are trying to maintain the integrity of the site.

NOW, here is the frustrating part. If I put in "learn short sales" or "short sales ebook" or something like it, I get alot of ads and sponsored ads. The sites are worse than mine, offering "free" items, asking for email address, promises of "get rich in real estate" etc. So why are those approved, yet mine isn't?

it really sucks, anyone else encounter this? I have a budget and Im getting ready to launch and wanted to get it set up.

ps: Our team has since changed the design of the site completely, we will not be using this form that is on there now, we are going with one from minisitefrog.com

here is my site, what is the violations here??

Make $17500 in just 30 days? - get rich quick hype that Google hates.

Keep resubmitting those ads. You will be banned soon.

    This is the policy: http://adwords.google.com/support/aw...&answer=190440

well first off, i can show you the checks from the title company and our bank accounts to show that it is VERY possible to make that kind of cash doing short sales. Sometimes faster! So, why are they calling it "get rich quick".

anyway, I understand what they are trying to avoid, but Im not saying make 253,503.34 in 30 days by sending out emails, or writing articles, etc. This is REAL wealth creation through real estate. Its annoying being lumped in with the get rich quick gurus BS. then to try to contact them via phone or talk to them in person about this and how I can change my ads/site to comply, its impossible! they just deny it, period.

THIS WILL be the downfall of google, because they are getting too big for their britches. its classic case of being the "cool kid" and we all know what really happens to the "cool kid" in high school 10-15 years later...

I'm going to abandon google and go elsewhere to generate traffic or focus on it organically, and they lose out. Also, this is a great way for others to increase their grey/black hat tactics in order to rank better. I won't be doing that, but I can see how people will.

okay, i see the examples, but my point is, these do not apply to my site, lets look.

    Examples

    Examples of prohibited websites:
    • Websites that promise an exaggerated payout for low risk and/or minimal effort (e.g. a claim that you can make $10,000 a week via email marketing from home with only 2 hours of work
    Examples of acceptable websites:
    • Websites that promote information about how to increase your income by saving money
    • Websites that promote genuine job opportunities

    1) I do not make ridiculous claims about 10grand in a week doing emails, or blogging, etc.

    2) we do promote a legitimate business, starting a short sale business. you research the public records, you send out direct mail and other marketing methods, you get a deal, you submit a short sale offer, you get an approval, you sell for profit immediately. how is that a "scam"? we do it every month.

anyway..im over it, google unfortunately will not be getting my advertising budget for adwords, those keywords are highly competitive anyway, Im sure i can find many other places to spend our ad budget elsewhere. article marketing, blogging,fb ads, yahoo, etc.

    im out...

I joined the "I got banned from Google and only got this lousy T-Shirt" club a few years back. Didn't hurt my traffic and reduced my overall costs by about a grand a month. Best thing that ever happened to me.

Yea, im not gonna sweat it really. Its just annoying. I'll spend my money elsewhere on SEO, fb ads (they are awesome for super targeted clicks, but costly) and other areas. yahoo, etc. peace out google, im now disenfranchised with you.

and I've got 2 words for ya....!!

Google sees it as Get Rick Quick Scheme.
You're lucky, if this was months ago you'd
have been permanently banned from Adwords.

add a disclaimer, privacy policy and contact links on your site..

little things that seem irrelevant but important.

well like I said, I am re-doing the site completely from top to bottom, so it doesnt matter, but thats gonna be another few weeks at least, so in the meantime I thought I would try to see what I could get going and for some early opt ins. im over it, maybe ill try again with our new site, but its going to be full blown sales page with proof of title co checks, closing statements, testimonials, bank account, approval letters from the banks, etc. they will REALLY love that

so my question is, is it a human making the decision or a computer??

Be careful not to keep submitting the ad again because they could close your adwords account and ban you from ever opening a new account again.

It is a human that reviews each ad.

One thing they don't seem to like is if you are collecting user information on the landing page. Make them click a link before the information collection takes place. You must also have a privacy policy, disclaimer, and terms and conditions on your site as well as a physical contact address, email address and telephone number.

    > why are they calling it "get rich quick"

Because you cannot guarantee a certain amount of money in a certain number of days. Sure, SOME people may make that much or more. But you can't use specifics. That's what make it sound get rich quick. Instead, use more generic wording like "increase sales".

Also, there's not much content. I know the video is doing the selling. But little text does not help Adwords determine your theme. It also makes it appear the page basically only collecting emails (exactly for what is not clear too to me, but I didn't watch the video) is the sort of thing Google doesn't like.

A disclaimer, privacy policy and contact info may help. But you need to change your wording. Don't say you can make X $. Say what the product is really about. Seems to me how to invest in short sales.

for what it is worth, just a view,

make money on line slammed all over it, it would float like a lead balloon in googles eyes

hype and more hype / over hyped

it has no navigation or support pages / no privacy page is very important when collecting data

it has no content or user value

/ on the surface i would not even bother trying to re float that page for google ads as your probably just waiting your time, with the given head lines / theme it will never float regardless of structure or content added.

look for alternate ppc options and or organic / link building offers.

Take advice from Lucid above. He knows what he's talking about.

You could be spending a $100k per month on Adwords and Google wouldn't think twice about banning you. When Amazon, Wal Mart, Target, Ebay, and others are spending $4 million per month you're nothing.

Google built their business off of affiliates and information publishers but they've made the game difficult for them now. Like Lucid said, just do what they ask and you'll be okay.

But, if you're doing any type of weight loss, make money online, mlm good luck. You might last a few weeks but eventually they'll get you.

Does your website guarantee them/back up for adverts claim that they can get rich quick? - if there's anything stating that it's not entirely true then you're practically advertising a piece of false information - thus being disapproved.
