Is there a list of good article directories here??

It depends on what you meant by "good" article directory?
If you want good mass submissions then article marketing robot is a good choice.

If you're looking for an article sniper type directory you can do what I am doing which is build your own.

I built an article directory last Friday night. It will have ONLY 100% original articles no spun stuff. The article can not be found anywhere else on the net.

I am in the process of building many hundreds of .Gov .Edu and actual on page high pr links as well as article links and at least 5 on topic links for every major category.

You would research your article's KW's write it and then put enough links to the article to beat your comp and add maybe 2-3 High on page pr's or .govs ect pointing to it.

Why in the world would you do this?
1. You don't have to build all new sites for every keyword.
2. You're starting from a base of authority and link juice.
3. You can research, write, and post your article in 30 min. Tough to do all that and build your site from scratch in 30 min.
4. My favorite is to use the directory for all the KW's I can't get or don't want to get an exact match URL for.
5. You would likely never build a site for a KW with 500 exact match searches per month. But You would take 30 min to write the article for it.

Yes, you still have to promote it but you have to promote everything on the internet, that's life.

If you're thinking stuff won't rank on your own directory think again. I built it on Fri night from 8 to 12:30 ish. I put up my 1st article Sat morning.
Monday morning it was #5 1st page of Google and still is (I just checked). And you might be saying oh sure what's it get 50 searches per month?
Nope 2,900 exact match local.
