Right way to do profiles

Hi,

Right now I am doing article submission, Directory submission, Social bookmarking and document sharing.

I have just start doing profiles now.

What is the correct way to start profile and how to achieve some decent results?

And what other thing I can do to increase traffic, backlink and pagerank too.

    Try to get the quality high page rank profile links.
    Don't go for the cheap xrumer blast 10,000 profile links for $10. Most of the websites spammed by xrumer are useless.

    I think he means link building profiles, ie profile link building, rather than a whose-who of social sites to join.

    An easy way is to subscribe to a reputable "link packet" seller or get a reputable guide to building them, there are a few out there.
