So, dear experts, i really appreciate your opinion in everything. So, one of my friends (who did not have enough posts in some sections) wanted to know, if he can buy a working good website with good profits. As i know the budget is between $5-10K.

It is very interesting to know, if someone can buy a good website with this price and what is the daily profit from sites which costs from 5 to 10 K USD.

Trying to buy a site i prefer to watch their traffic, backlinks, stats for 3 last months , revenue and other things. But who can say if the site will bring profit after 2 years? You can just trust in luck in this case.

        No one can guarantee the website that makes a lot of money for you. But flipa and such this websites give you options to search domains and you can check the status of website and their backlinks by online tools and decide to buy or not to buy domains. There are not many other choices for you.

    Most businesses are valuated by how much they'll make in 2.5 - 3 years...

    Meaning if a website's making $500+ per month consistently for over 2 years you can expect to pay roughly $10,000 for it.

      If you browse different forums online you can find people selling profitable sites for much less than 2.5 to 3 years worth of potential revenue. Like I have seen sites sell for under 2 years of their average revenue. It just takes a bit of research and being at the right place at the right time.

      With $10,000 to $15,000 I would look into investing in a few different websites that make less money to be honest. But some folks like to put all of their eggs in one basket.

      Actually am not buying nothing. It was just a general question.
      Because i was talking with one of my friends yesterday, he is seo master and told me that with 5-10L you can only but sites which have monthly 200$. Maybe he is true. Who knows. As i see there is no fix stats

      You should find web sites that are not earning a lot at the moment, but have great potential and than you do some SEO and if it doesn't work as you predicted, just resell it at flippa or DP, at higher price.
