How can I check PR?

My Google bar hasn't been working for quite some time now and I know there are sites out there that you can check PR with but every time I go to check one it says "info not available".

Are there any sites that are more reliable than others?

    I HIGHLY suggest the SEOQuake add-on for FireFox. I get soooooo much good information from this tool. I click to turn it on when I want to see some stats, and click to turn it off when I don't need it.

    You can't beat it and it's FREE!

    If you Google, prchecker, a bunch of sites will come up that will allow to to plug a url into to see the PR. They are pretty good.

      I typically use a site called pagerankchecker.info. It is pretty basic but does the job.

          I would like to point out that if your page is new, like mine, it may not be indexed yet. I don't know if that is the problem for you, but it's definitely what's keeping mine from showing a rank! :p

    Bear in mind that Google have not updated the Page Rank toolbar on a widespread level for 7 months or so now (early April) so take any results you do eventually see with the proverbial 'pinch of salt'...

    Google has not updated PR from April. So, your page is not showing any PR. Hopefully it will update soon. Any other tool can't give you PR result since they will take data from Google.

    If you've utilised the PageRank "checker" on multiple different websites, and they're all returning the same thing ("0", "N/A", "No Data Available", etc), then it's likely due to the fact that the URL you've entered hasn't yet amassed any PageRank since the last public update - in which case you'll just have to wait until the next update (whenever that may be).
