Backlink [finding] tools?

Hello Everyone,
As a slowly sinking-into-it newbie, I would like get some opinions on things that supposedly shoud make link building more efficient/time-saving. Have you come across a backlinking finding tool that you found affordable and useful?
Ideally, something that would specialize in searching/providing a list of links where I can build manually, or anything that allows me to track the url of the site, and my selected keyword acting as link text. Nothing too expensive (I only need want to build around 20 links per week), so anything for a small bussiness (budget-wise too) would be great.
During the last 4 months I've seen a ridiculous ammounts of the available production, yet feel a need to discuss it with the field experts. Your help would be much appreciated.
