Okay,

here is my main site:

Best Portable Gas Generators - Consumer Complaints and Feedback!

Here is a post I made promoting a specific product within the above site. It's domain is:

Honeywell HW7500E 9375 Watt 15 HP 420cc OHV Portable Gas Generator | Best Portable Gas Generators

****HERE IS MY QUESTION*****

should I make my subdomain something like:

Honeywell HW7500E 9375 Watt 15 HP 420cc OHV Portable Gas Generator | Best Portable Gas Generators

or...

should I leave it as is.

They reason why....

I want to promote each individual post (through backlinks, pinging, bookmarks) and I was wondering if I should clean up my subdomains to make them easier to promote as well as find by buying customers.

what do ya think???

What keywords are you targetting? They should be in your post IMO.

Subdomains are treated like their own, individual domains, so you'll have to install wordpress on each subdomain. This is actually what I'm doing right now:

I've got a TLD with subdomains. The TLD is wordpress so i can just post lots of articles to it and update it easily. The subdomains are static HTML/CSS style. IMO I think it's easier to optimize HTML for search engines. I can read, edit, understand, and write HTML much easier than PHP so it's a no brainer for me.

I'm building backlinks to each subdomain. Obviously, targeting different exact keywords and anchor text in my backlinks. All the subdomain links add to the TLD's links - maybe an Authority site in the making! Muahahahahah (*evil laugh :p )

      Cheers!
