Is it Suggestible to use Black Hat SEO?

People says that Organic seo is a slow process to drive quality traffic, But whatz wrong to have instant results by using Blackhat SEO, and what are the effects that we need to face if we are caught while using this blackhat seo!:confused:

    well you dont usually get "instant" results with black hat in terms of SEO... just quicker. And are you serious? what are the effects if you are caught? Why do you think it's called black hat... perhaps because it's frowned upon by google who will often try to de-index/ban you quickly?

    For me blackhat and white hat seem to take the same effort, so I jsut go white hat all the way.

    Most creative SEO's who started out with a good understanding of programming and a solid grasp over web fundamentals are somewhat black hat.

    Let's call it grey hat to be safe.

    But here's a question for you: if you came up with a really clever SEO idea that no one's done before, chances are it may be questionable to Google.

    Would you not risk it (at least on one of your poorer sites) and attempt applying it?

    Typical black hat techniques are often termed as unethical, but this is not always true of them.

    Here's a thought: link exchange and link wheels are black hat. Google frowns upon it, even when links are relevant.

    PS: organic SEO doesn't have to be a slow process.

    Actually, link-baiting, which is (arguably) the whitest-of-the-whitehat techniques will get you instant mass traffic if you're good.

    I've built a mixture of white hat and grey hat websites and can say if you are using SEO, not SM, then grey hat certainly performs better and is more efficient. With Whitehat you have the time and energy to work with 1-3 websites IME, where as with greyhat techniques you can work 30-100+ websites each day. So if you lose one website of the 30 it's not a big deal, whereas with whitehat you will probably never lose any of the websites.

      If you do use something that is Black Hat it's typically a good idea to never use it on your money site.

      You might have a model like this...

      Black Hat type links ----> Web 2.0 Page -----> Money Site

      This protects your money site and gives you a high quality and relevant link as the web 2.0 page will have contextual and relevant links which are a bit better.

      Many debate what Black Hat SEO or links really are so it's up to you. Black Hat doesn't have to be something that is illegal or wrong. It can just be alternative methods to gaining links or PR.

    Black hat SEO consists of all the methods that are not acceptable by search engines, they gives you quick result but using them is almost taking risk for your site because there are chances that you may get penalized by search engines.

    Having worked online for over 8 years you always have to keep trying things, new ideas and systems etc. BUT in my experience trying to cheat the system only ends in tears.

    You can at best reap short term rewards so the time spent setting up a system to cheat the system is never worth while.

    Problem is that too many people want a short cut, mainly because they are lazy, its why its so easy for so called internet marketers to sell products which don't work, which are based on hype.

    If something is worth doing ... do it properly, it takes just as long to try and cheat the system as it does to do the right thing.

    BlueFart seo gives you instant results for some weeks but after that your website will not get traffic from search engines. So no one suggests it. White hat seo works slowly but its permanent. So i suggest you to avoid using black hat seo techniques for your website.

    most results from BlueFart SEO is not permanent. Google bots can easily detect spam. Unless you have a very complex plan and is unnoticeable then your good to go.
