Want to Buy RSS Submitter to Index Profile Backlinks, Any Advice?

It's a terrible work for me to index hundreds of profile backlinks everyday. I heard that compiling these backlinks into rss feeds then submit them to top rss directories is a great way.
Which software should I choose? Must include top quality rss directories. thanks.

    I'm not sure which directories are included but a friend of mine has something which (he made himself) and it creates RSS Feeds of your profile or other backlinks and submits them to more than 30 RSS Directoriess pretty much automatically.

    I'm not sure if it compiles them all into one feed and then submits that feed, or does them individually. It will probably cost around $30-$40
