Are these Keyword Numbers Crazy?

Hello,

I expected large numbers and was surprised at these, especially Goog's exact match:

"keyword" - Goog - 3130 Bing - 43,500,000
keyword - Goog - 2,830,000 Bing - 12,500,000
intitle:"keyword" - Goog - 284 Bing - 65
inanchor:"keyword" - Goog - 2350 Bing - 4

I haven't done a lot of keyword research lately by just typing into the search box to see the numbers and I am wondering if this is somewhat normal? I'm just really puzzled at how much different they are than what I expected.

    Hey Telex

    No they are not crazy.

The numbers have always been wrong. They are just designed to confuse us.

    Regards

I am really curious about this too. I keep getting kicked out of Google trying to do too many allintitle and allinurl searches, so I thought I would check out Yahoo.

The numbers are VERY different. Any thoughts or ideas?
