Can someone please explain this to me. My main website is about weight loss tips. Is my keyword "weight loss tips"?

Do i know need to research keywords that are linked to my main keyword "weight loss tips".

Basically what im asking is when i seo my website for keyword density,how do i come up with my keywords.

There is a few programs I use for keyword research. One is scrapebox and another is market samurai. There is a lot of information on these 2 on this forum. Just try searching it.

Try using the Google wunder wheel. It will help you broaden you kw search ideas.

I did a quick check on google keyword tool on 'weight loss tips' and it has a search volume of 200,000 searches per month, so that's good. However, competition for this keyword phrase is pretty high so you'll need to do a fair amount of SEO work to get your site to rank for the phrase.
