Datamine Google for Powerful Article Ideas?

Okay, so I'm trying to figure out how to datamine Google for the most frequently asked questions within my keyword.
The syntax I first intended to use is part interrogative and part keyword, conjoined by an and operator.
Example:
Of course the problem with this is that Google will select snippets from different parts of the page and I'll be getting search results for irrelevant questions.
I'm trying to determine a way to make it such that the two parts of my AND clause are in close proximity (in the same text sentence). I fear there is no way to do this?
If there were some way to maybe search Google Suggest, I could also gain this information.
Anyone have any ideas?
