Google Trends Delay

Google Trends hasn't been updated since early 11/29. I use the tool pretty heavily throughout the day to keep track of what people are searching for. (Like 'bear gall bladder uses'...) Though I've seen GT have delays on their updates -- upwards of two hours -- not seeing it update for nearly 48 hours made me pause.
When GT first debuted, it ranked 100 searches then it when down to 40 and finally to 20. I haven't seen anything official from Big G, but does anyone think that GT is down for the count? Too many people stuffing articles with those keywords by the minute?
Has the GT downtime affected anyone else? While we're at it, has anybody used Yahoo Clues? I've have limited success with it.
Update - The reason for putting this thread in this forum was that I use GT with Adsense primarily.
