Block AS ads - advanced

I wrote advanced because I don't see it anywhere. I am OK with a Adsense ad URL on a few domains but I don't want that competitive ad to show on another site. In fact, the ads are unrelated. So, how can you block adsense ads on just 1 domain, and not all of them?
It appears they let you block it across the whole account level and not just your site domain level.
Hopefully I am missing something and someone knows how to do this.
I searched google help forums and found nothing. The ubiquitous Google needs to perfect certain services they offer first before trying to be a universal brand or sell everything (GoogleMart). Give em' 10 years and they may just be SkyNet.
We've never seen Mario Kassar, Larry Page and Sergei Brin together? LOL
