When finding keywords do you use one or all in articles?

This is one of the aspects of keyword research that puzzles me. Once you find the phrase or keywords that your going to use, do you focus on one keyword per article? Or the whole group?

For example lets say the three keywords you were going to choose were, "weight loss for idiots" "losing weight at home" and "eating to lose weight"
Now would you focus on 'weight loss for idiots' one article and 'losing weight' at home in the next?

Or is it better to use all of your selections in multiple articles?

Focus on article on one keyword. You can sprinkle in some LSI keywords but the main emphasis needs to be on only the main keyword you are targeting.
