Youtube in SERPS? Whats the Criteria for Showing it?

Hi there,
I always wondered why google sometimes show youtube/metacafe vids, but not always.
Most of the time these are the #1-#3 seated vids in youtube for the exact same phrase, which usualy have a lot of views, but sometimes keywords with exaqct matchs and millions of views do not get shown on the google first page. Why is that?
