Adsense earning this month

Anyone else experiencing their adsense eCPM goes up this month?? Especially this pass week... I didn't change anything in my adsense account. Just been waking up this month to daily eCPM that are almost twice higher than they were 2 months ago.

    That's one stat I don't follow much. I follow the total $$$$.
    That stat can fluctuate in a heartbeat. CTR is a better one.
    Remember, depending on time of year, there may be more
    advertisers competing and raising the stakes per click.

    Has your number of clicks gone down or up? Or stayed the same? CTR?
    There's a lot of intangibles. Google should de-emphasize eCPM.

    That's just because it's the holidays and there's A LOT more competition for ads right now. Due to the auction style bidding format that the adwords program uses, only the highest bidder will get their ads up. So more bidders means higher prices and therefore higher eCPM.

    Those stats don't really mean much. Its all about how much you actually get in your bank account. Its nice to see the high stats but that shouldn't be your goal.

    Around this time of the year there is always a lot more competition because of bidding wars. This really is true everywhere, even somewhere like ebay. Time to bust out the baseball cards
