Google...quality issues?

I've always though of Google as the quality leader in the industry. I knew I could always rely on them to produce software that worked....

Is it just me or have then been screwing up lately?

The biggest example is the instant search feature. No matter what browser I use, it always seems to be a bit wonkey.

Sometime, I'll type in a search term and I'll start reading the results, and bam...they disappear. Then I have to click search or add a space to get them to appear again.

Ad words has been a little wonkey lately too. When they don't approve your ads and stuff they don't even give you a reason. They just say to fix the problem and resubmit.

Other things too like privacy issues (which they've always had).

I sure hope they don't head down the same trek as Microsoft... And I hope they get their stuff together... Google still rocks...for now.

Thats my rant....feel free to agree or disagree.

They're already far down that long road that was traveled by AT&T way before Microsoft followed them....

I agree. The quality of Google's search results has gone downhill this last year.

But it seems like Google's focus is elsewhere. Phones, TV, etc.

Yea, well in my opinion they were great up until recently. Perhaps they need to weed out a few bad eggs. If they aren't careful, they loose their path to the ultimate defeat of Microsoft.

I'm still pulling for you google....but damn....get back on track...
