CSS or Font tag or H1 - google ranking

Hi,
I am using CSS for font size. I want to know whether html H1 or font tag will be better for google ranking than css? If yes then which one should I prefer?

    As noted by all you must use the <h1> tag to introduce your content. And only use it once per page. Use the <h2> and others for less important headings.

    Do not use the <font> tag anywhere in your html as this is now old tech and deprecated as they say. Use CSS and its various font selectors to control same. Keep your html content clear of presentation tags.

    Using CSS and concise coding keeps the page weight down. Same "indexable content" in a smaller file size. Using CSS is not going to dramatically transform your ranking in any immediate or direct way but it'll help a little.
