    Cross Linking sites together means that you put a link on your site B. These sites may be owned by the same person, or only related sites wishing to connect to each other. Cross-linking is designed to help users by showing them to other sites that might interest them or which may give them additional information about a particular subject area. Unfortunately, many cross-link to blow your PageRank is Google's algorithm quickly forget what the cross-linking is really meant to be used.
