Sitemap error

I have generated site map for my website. i have added that xml coding in root folder also but it doesnt produce links it seems like a tree format.

i got this error too: "This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below."

Create sitemap using xml-sitemaps[dot]com and upload that sitemap on root folder using FTP or Cpanel.

Your sitemap then will be at:

www[dot]yoursite[dot]com/sitemap[dot]xml

Also you can use sitemaps-builder.com in addition to xml-sitemaps.com . These are free online sitemap generators but usually they make sitemaps for at most 500 links.
