I just put up a post on audioboo and noticed the title in the title bar :

Audioboo / He just wanted to let you know...

So just for curiosity I went to google and pasted in the search box :

he-just-wanted-to-let-you-know

And it came up at the No1 spot less than 20 minutes since I posted it.

Ok it's a long title, but I just find it amazing how quick it got picked up!

How fast it that!!!
#google #min #no1

Yes, people can get into Google in minutes...

Since that is a very unique keyword phrase, you should be #1....

And you may keep that #1 for years...

Although it will not do you much good if people don't search for it...

Dan's content is irregularly read by handfuls of people. Join the elite few by reading his blog: dcrBlogs.com, following him on Twitter: dcrTweets.com or reading his fiction: dcrWrites.com but NOT by Clicking Here!

Dan also writes content for hire, but you can't afford him anyway.

If you put "he-just-wanted-to-let-you-know" in quotes and search it's number three on Google. No other pages on the 'net have the made up words I used. Quoting my phrase wasn't needed because there's no competition.

Google has hundreds of sites it crawls multiple times per day. It's not hard to get something picked up quickly if you know where to go.

Hint: The Warrior Forum is one of them.

Okay, in post four I said the Warrior Forum was one of the sites Google crawls all day long. To prove it, in case anyone doubted, I included a nonsense phrase in my post but hid it by using white text. If you highlight the post, you will find: drumongy dufrango eglippet.

It's number one on Google now...actually it's the only one, but it took approximately 23 minutes to get indexed.

    That was fun.

Yall keep sneaking by me on that white text....

Of course, it should in theory be considered hidden text and therefore red flagged by Google, but how many people realize that the WF does not use pure white backgrounds?

      LOL

I had a brand new exact match domain the other day rank in less than 30 minutes on the 2nd page of Google, which was cool. I wrote the post, pinged it and submitted the site map to Google Webmaster tools, that's a first for me though.

Keyword ranking depends upon the competition for the keyword.

If you update the website regularly then Google will crawl you website faster and you can also set the google crawl setting in the Google Webmaster Tools.

I'm loving Google more and more each year. Google is by far the fastest search engine. Although it might be great to rank in 20 minutes for a keyword that probably won't get you a lot of traffic, investing in SEO for the long haul will yield great results. SEO is still my favorite weapon of choice as an Internet Marketer.

      Hi yukon,
It won't, I wasn't looking to do do anything with it aside from post the recording up for someone to hear, and then being curious I just wondered if it would get noticed on google being such an obscure key phrase.

P.S. why did you put ==> he-just-wanted-to-let-you-know <== in white on your post??

I see Believe. Act. Achieve! - dcr Blogs dot Com as now got the No2 spot for "he-just-wanted-to-let-you-know" now

looks like we have a little SEO competition on the go

Short lived, though. I'm down to page 2 as of right now.

I did think about doing a video yesterday, but opted not to.

20 mins. in no. 1 spot in google that's very nice. like others said it depends on the keywords and your keyword is not very competitive that's why there's no doubt on being in the first page in SE.

Gb2 that's pretty awesome. I love seeing fast rankings like that. While you probably won't be getting much traffic from "he-just-wanted-to-let-you-know" it does show that your site a good amount of authority with search engines that it required no backlinks.

And it looks like Warrior Forum has beaten you yet for that phrase
